not good hotel disappointed dirty bathroom. smelly room qprk

in terms of location and comfortable rooms but the cleanliness of the floor and bathroom is already rusty the AC is not cold at all. already complained but still hot seems like it needs a lot of improvement

Needs a lot of improvements and updates

Hotel bagus dan megah tetapi perawatan kurang baik. Sangat sepi pengunjung padahal weekends, hanya terisi 12 kamar saja dari 140-150 kamar yang ada. Breakfast enak.

Telepon kamar rusak (sudah komplain tetapi tidak ada perbaikan) colokan listrik tidak berfungsi, tidak ada pemanas air minum.
