Hotel bagus dan megah tetapi perawatan kurang baik. Sangat sepi pengunjung padahal weekends, hanya terisi 12 kamar saja dari 140-150 kamar yang ada. Breakfast enak.

Telepon kamar rusak (sudah komplain tetapi tidak ada perbaikan) colokan listrik tidak berfungsi, tidak ada pemanas air minum.
