The hotel staff was very friendly. It wasn't check-in time yet, but we were welcomed into our room so we could rest. Our room, on the 9th floor, had a beautiful view of Da Nang, especially at night. My Khe Beach was only a 5-minute Grab ride away.

I went from 2-4/5, overall the hotel was quite clean, the location was also quite convenient.

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms and elevators are a bit old. The soundproofing is also okay. The staff's attitude is not very enthusiastic, just ok. The breakfast is normal, not very diverse.

The staffs are lovely and give good advice. Everyone speaks very good English. Even though I can't speak very well, they tried to listen to me. The room is very spacious, clean, with a good view. It is near many great restaurants. I highly recommend it.

We checked in at midnight. The receptionist gave us the wrong key to the next room, so the next morning after breakfast, we couldn't enter our room, while our driver had arrived. And they hardly speak English, it took time to explain the situation, finally we were late! The bathroom floor was super slippery, my son and I slipped and fell, luckily he's okay 😭. The room was a little dusty everywhere, but the kitchen utensils were more than enough. Breakfast was good. The last day when we'd like to check out, the housekeeping rudely entered our room, even though we haven't left yet. Felt like being kicked out.

Room is clean. The receptionists are cute. The only thing is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy, probably because I have very good hearing. 🙂

For the center part, 400-500k/night is ok. The room is quite new, comfortable, has sparkling water, 3* standard, warm staff, view of Tran Thi Ly bridge is also ok. There's a light but it's not delicious (chap can be accepted). However, luck is good and men ask for reasons. The style of sour cream is good. Overall 85/100, good. Good experience, should come here. The hotel has an exhaust fan design in the corner of the room that always works at high volume, directly affecting sleep at night.

The hotel is easy to find, located near the famous areas in Da Nang. I really like the service attitude as well as the support is very enthusiastic and fast. If I have the opportunity to go back to Da Nang, I will choose Lavender as my next resting place ^^

The hotel is old, the equipment is damaged, the bathroom lights are broken but there is no staff to replace.
