Old building, quite okay with very affordable price, but the AC in the room is very hot

The room I chose was a Deluxe. 1 double bed was quite nice and good. The receptionist was friendly. When I entered the room, the room was already cold. The bed was neat and clean. With a blanket and 2 pillows. The bathroom was clean. But there was no hot water. You got toiletries like soap and a toothbrush. It was quite recommended for the price. There was Wi-Fi, but unfortunately there was no restaurant/cafe.

It also helps with room cleanliness.

The bathroom door should be replaced with a proper one because the wood is very rotten, the blankets and bed sheets should be replaced with clean ones and the trash in the room should be thrown away every day for the staff when checking out. Please use polite language.

The receptionist was unfriendly, initially blaming the customer for booking a room that didn't match their rate, even though the customer had only chosen the one provided by the app. The mattress was itchy, the sheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned, and there wasn't enough trash can in the room. The shower water was very low, requiring extra time just to shower. The telephone in the room was useless; it was just a display. There was no elevator. This hotel needs a lot of improvement, as it's not good enough for its class at this rate.

close to the city center, easy access to public transportation, clean, friendly hotel staff, just a shame breakfast isn't included, the room is spacious, the bathroom is also spacious

Few times been staying here, I gotta say that this hotel might affordable but some points from the facilities are good, but some need to be fixed. The service and hospitality quite good, the bedroom quite comfy, but the bathroom need to be cleaned, sometimes the water heater is off and sometimes the staffs forget to bring the toiletries. Overall, if you need budget hotel to sleep, this one is good to go.

Strategically located, close to Istiqlal Mosque, Juanda Station, and Pasar Senen. Relatively affordable prices, a peaceful atmosphere, Wi-Fi, and friendly and responsive staff.

The receptionist is on standby until 5 AM checkout time. The security guard is friendly.

Close access to Istiqlal Mosque, Juanda Station, and Pasar Senen. The receptionist, security and OB are quite friendly, the Wi-Fi is fast, the room size is just right, the atmosphere is calm, and the cleanliness is quite well maintained in the hotel area.

Strategic hotel and can go anywhere, certainly close to Senen Station. I happened to stay here overnight to catch the morning train departure time to Surabaya. The hotel room is clean, comfortable, not noisy, friendly staff, large parking area, the best.

Cheap price for Jakarta class on the main road, access to Senen Market and Senen Station is very close, only 1.2 km, easy to find food.

Garbage Hotel!!!, the AC leaked, the water reached the entire room, the information to the receptionist via WhatsApp because the room phone was not working was not responded to, 2 blue ticks were only read. Until the afternoon I returned to the room, there was still no response. My room was not cleaned and the AC water wet my things. The room sheets were no longer white but yellow with dirty spots everywhere. Towels had to be asked for and waited a long time for them to be delivered. The TV was just a display, it didn't work at all. Bathroom? Don't ask. It can be compared to the bathroom at the RSUD hospital. The receptionist, the mother, was only busy watching TikTok while taking care of her child who had gone up to the reception desk without caring about the guests who needed receptionist service. On the second day, if only I could ask for a refund, I would have moved hotels. I was the only one who experienced this Garbage Hotel. Finally, when I wanted to check out at 7:30 in the morning, the receptionist was still sleeping. The security guard woke me up 2 times before waking up. I had to wait 10 minutes for the check out process to wait for the receptionist to wake up.

It is located in the center of Jakarta... the price is quite cheap and the rooms are also quite neat... I have often stopped by here...

Day 1, the room can be assessed by yourself, which is on the 3rd floor. Forced to stay because it was already late at night and tired with the kids. The shower water is getting smaller because the hose is leaking and there is no hot water. Hexos is also dead, so the toilet smells everywhere. Luckily there was a receptionist who was willing to try and he was the only one who was the friendliest I forgot his name, Day 2 moved to a more decent room on the 2nd floor. If you don't move your room, you move hotels because there are so many problems that can be seen from the condition of the room even though this is a 3-star hotel.
