I moved rooms because the AC was hot and there were lots of cockroaches. The other room smelled really bad of cigarettes.

Finally I told them again and moved rooms, but it was the same. 3 days 2 nights hot without AC. There is no mat so it's dirty because the floor of the room is dirty.
