Great stay, had everything (and more) you needed for the price point. Was safe and would defintely recommend

Hotel staff was nice. The pictures of the hotel look cleaner than it actually is. I did find two cockroaches in my room and I was on the highest floor of the hotel. The lounge chairs outside of the pool were only two, with no cushions. Completely out of towels. Perhaps it's just a "you get what you pay for" situation as the hotel was very low price.

I have stayed here previously and the Hotel has maintained its excellent hospitality and amenities as well as an excellent price.

Lots of restaurants, bars and other things (massage, laundry, etc) close by. About 10 mins wall to Maya mall. Breakfast very good with an excellent range of food. Pools were great! Perhaps a little noisy at night on occasions due to proximity to restaurants, bars etc but even as someone who doesn't like noise, it was fine. Well maintained property, great location. Would stay again.

Great location, can easily explore the Nimman neighbourhood with ease. Room is spacious and nice deco. Water pressure is strong. Just don't like the swimming pool, as one wall of the pool is made of glass, and it's facing the gym. People can see how bad your kicking is. :)

Really nice hotel, the rooms are a bit small but very nicely furnished and decorated. Good aircon. Nice and quite and great location for Nimman. Would stay again

Wonderful location and the rooms were clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed the rooftop pools.

I think the property is great and the location is very nice for anyone traveling to Chiang Mai. My only issue would be the glass that surrounds the nice rooftop pools. It would be ideal for them to be crisyal clear (cleaned regularly or better maintained) so guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

The hotel stay was pleasant. Only downside is close to a busy street so can get noisy.

Nice location n hotel. Staff / Spa opening time was not timely. Everything else was great! Would recommend they offer guests waiting fo checkin some cold water.
