I have booked from April 8, 2022 to stay on June 23, 2022, but when I arrived at the hotel it was said that the hotel room was full with the excuse that emails had piled up because the booking was made in advance, and I was changed to another hotel with very poor facilities and the hotel room also smells.

Extraordinary. The villa is very luxurious, the private pool is very good, there is a bathtub that looks like a Jacuzzi with comfortable soaking until the night, and the hospitality is top. Syaf is very friendly, very welcome and very helpful. One more thing, the breakfast is delicious, very diverse and lots of choices. Very satisfied. I will definitely come back here someday.

The best villa I have ever visited, the facilities and pictures are in accordance with the description in traveloka details, the place is rather small at the very end because it is a private villa, the location is following according to the map, you will definitely find it, until you get to the lobby the car key is given to the receptionist for arrangement, check in which is easy, while waiting for the check-in process to get free it is warm lemongrass when in the lobby, really sweet, no security deposit too, immediately delivered to the room with the clerk bringing some items from visitors, but because our room is number 9 and the position is below so that it is quite far to go down, usually there is a buggy car for transportation to the villa which is quite far below, because the buggy car is being damaged so just walk while looking at the view in beautiful and calm nuances, the villa is really nice, clean, smell good , and according to the request for the honeymoon, all good food, friendly staff, the best atmosphere! will come here again for sure, thank you Nau Villas Ubud❤️

Staying at Nau is fun, the staff are amazing, the food is delicious (yesterday I tried oxtail soup, fried bananas and bali coffee for lunch), breakfast in a room with good choices. There is a shuttle that takes you to the Ubud center, if you want to walk around Ubud without getting dizzy looking at parking lots or order grabs / shakes that are forbidden to enter in some places in Ubud. Will be back soon Nau 🥰

The room is amazing especially the tub! Love the private pool and the floating breakfast in the morning. The view was really nice too! All the staff were very friendly and helpful and would definitely say this is a 5 star experience.
