Every time I go to Batu Malang, I always stay at this hotel, it is strategic for finding food.

Minus: Bathroom floor can be slippery. No mini-bar fridge in the room. No smart tv yet. Only 2 500ml water bottles provided in the room. Swimming pool size is small, might only suitable for children. Plus: Strategic location, within walking distance to Lippo Mall Batu. Clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Good quality bed and beddings. Hot water is available for showering. Fast wifi and easy to connect. Bedroom is well soundproofed. Dedicated parking spots for cars. Elevator is available and using access card. Breakfast options are varies and taste quite good. Friendly staff, especially the one during breakfast, who offered us extra eggs.

There is no refrigerator in the room, the food is very incomplete even though it is not a cheap hotel.

I was informed at the beginning that the kitchen would close at 9 PM, but I called the kitchen at 8 PM and they said they were already closed. Their food choices were limited, but the room service was totally zero. It would have been better to close at 6 PM so the kitchen staff could have a better job.

The price is very affordable, it's nice, clean, fragrant, and friendly. Close to Batu town square and other attractions, it's strategically located. Perfect for families and children.

A comfortable hotel with a beautiful mountain view. The main thing for me is that it has a balcony for smoking, which is a plus. Breakfast is just a bit lacking in variety.
