The rooms are spacious, clean, the food is delicious, very comfortable.

So far, the people are friendly. Especially one of the employees who really helped us while there. But 3 days here, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't replaced, and even worse there was no TV in the room. Meanwhile, the most important facility in the room is a TV and one of the facilities offered is a TV. Mineral water was not given, after being asked many times, it was just given.

Nice hotel, the gentlemen in the room service department were very responsive to help when our extra bed order was missed by them. But strangely the room as good as that doesn't have a TV.

Proses ckeck in dan check out cepat. Makanan bisa pilih western food atau indonesian food saat breakfast. Seperti hidden gem, masuk gang tapi ternyata senyaman ini tempatnya. Dekat dengan Pantai Kuta, nyaman sekali, kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, water heater berfungsi dengan baik, ada hair dryer. Rasa ingin extend tapi belum memungkinkan, someday ke Bali akan menginap lagi di sini. Thank you Mina Pelasa.

The atmosphere is creepy, like mystical, the bathroom is slippery, the air conditioner is broken not on, breakfast is limited to 3 choices told to choose one.

We know ala carte breakfast will save the hotel budget but I believe buffet breakfast will serve guest more.

I stayed 3 nights here, comfort, cleanliness, all good, the breakfast is not a buffet, divided into 3 choices namely american, continental and indonesian. For America it consists of bread-rotian and scrumble egg, continental consisting of coco crunch and bread-rotian, while Indonesia has a choice of nasgor or fried noodles. If 3 consecutive days the menu is very boring.

I booked 1 4D3N room with my wife. the receptionist was all friendly when it arrived. helped also for motorbike rentals. everything was cleaned, it was broken by the hotel staff. For breakfast a little more food menu variation, but everything is good for our tongue. the staff were very friendly when they saw our food flown over and offered to be replaced. overall definitely come here again with family for the next vacation.
