Choose a VIP room hoping for comfort, but minus!!! The room is not clean, the toilet smells and is dirty, there are rats, slippers and coffee and others are not available in the room, we will ask for it ourselves, the AC is not cold enough, breakfast is made of styrofoam/mica, a hairdryer which should be included in the VIP facilities, but it was only provided after we asked for it.

The lobby area, access, stairs, corridors, rooms, bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned and are not maintained.

The hotel staff is unfriendly and rude, not giving solutions, but getting angry when dealing with complaints and the bathroom is smelly. I do not recommend this hotel

Third time staying here but only tried this deluxe type room. This room is not very spacious but has quite complete facilities according to the price. AC, TV, water heater, smooth without drama. I've tried several times at other hotels with more or less the same price, in my opinion the advantage of staying here is that apart from being close to shopping and places to eat, it feels really homey, like staying at a relative's house, because the receptionist is really friendly.
