The condition of the room facilities needs to be improved, from the mattress and others, but the view is really the best.

When I checked in, there was no one in the lobby; it looked like a warehouse. The lobby chairs were worn out. There were no tea and coffee facilities, as listed. Even mineral water had to be ordered from a WhatsApp group.

My stay at the Star Hotel Semarang was quite enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and the nighttime views of the city lights were beautiful. However, the room amenities were still inadequate and need to be improved to maximize the experience.

In terms of service, it's actually good, but I think comfort and cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathroom.

Parking is difficult to access, the rooms are poorly maintained, the bathrooms smell bad, and the facilities need improvement. The TV has no sound, and when I asked for repairs, no technician was available. Access to the apartment is confusing.

Totally comfortable, I'll stay again next time. It's close to everywhere, and the facilities are comfortable.

The room was pretty good for the price. It was clean, and the air conditioning was cool. The location was great, close to the mall, so you could go there if you were bored.

Dirty room, no hot water, dirty shower (rusty/crusty), unclean floor, unclean sheets + some are torn, furniture such as cupboards, bedside tables, kitchen sets are unclean, broken. The shower closet is leaking, there is no room phone so if you want to complain you have to go down to the office, there is no lobby, amenities if you don't ask for them, they won't give you. The key is still manual, it feels unsafe, and a bit creepy. Asked to move rooms, they said almost all the rooms are the same. Highly not recommended, hopefully they can improve it so it's worth renting.

The room had lots of dirty spots, the sheets were also dirty, the kitchen was dirty, in short, it didn't meet expectations.

Actually, everything was fine. The view and pool made the kids happy. It was close to everything and there was plenty of food nearby. The only downside was that we had a sagging bed and a bathroom full of tiny worms when the water got on the edges of the walls.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was okay, I got good service, towels were changed, mineral water refills were also every day, coincidentally I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, it was also busy with visitors.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly and the service is fast, the food at breakfast is delicious and there are many variations.

The room was not very clean and the entrance was confusing, the reception was on the 6th floor not the 1st floor.

The facilities in the apartment room 7 have very bad AC, very poorly maintained!!! 1. The AC only produces air 2. The shower leaks onto the wall, so we have to shower using the toilet jet shower 3. There is no soap and shampoo 4. The car park is terrible, very narrow
