The hotel staff was very friendly. However, I booked a family glamping room, but when I arrived, the room wasn't finished yet, and I was moved to a regular room for the same price as the family room. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Nice villa for the area around Buleleng. We only stayed 1 night. Good facilities. There is a swimming pool, garden, table tennis, billiards, hammocks. Food is standard and limited but it's quite okay.
