The place is nice, feels like being in a cottage

The receptionist was very helpful, and the room was clean and spacious for the price. Unfortunately, if you're on the second floor and have luggage, it's a hassle because you have to climb the stairs and there's no assistance.

Thank God, the food is quite varied and delicious. The hot water shower takes a while to come out. The tile on the stairs in room number 11 is broken. Hopefully, it will be repaired soon, as it could be dangerous. Thank you to all the friendly staff, especially the parking attendant, who was very quick. I hope Aleyra continues to be successful.

The atmosphere of the accommodation area is comfortable, like being at home, not in a hotel. It's just that the room walls need maintenance/repainting, and hopefully the TV channels can be improved.

I ordered a family suite room. I got the one in front of the dim pool, I was very happy. It's not far if the kids want to swim. There's a little work in the pool area, but it can still be used. I was offered to move rooms, but I didn't want to because the location of the room is very strategic. 3 steps to the swimming pool. Happy to stay here.

This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.
