I had a really pleasant stay at MOV Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere, and the location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping spots nearby. Definitely coming back!!

Overall, I had a pretty comfortable stay at this hotel. I found the location quite good, situated behind Bukit Bintang and still quite close to the Petaling Street area. The hotel itself was comfortable, and all the facilities I used were functioning well throughout my stay. There were a few minor issues that I felt could be improved. At night, I could sometimes hear the thumping bass from some of the bars around the hotel, even though I was on the 8th floor. For those with noise sensitivity, this might be a bit disturbing. As for service, the staff at check-in and check-out were quite friendly. However, I think it would have been even more enjoyable if the service could have been a little warmer and more welcoming. For those with children, I also recommend paying more attention to your route when leaving the hotel at night. It's best to avoid Petaling Street, as it's quite busy and has a lot of nightlife that might not be suitable for children. From the hotel, you can take the road to the right to get closer to the Pavilion area. Otherwise, I had no major issues during my stay. Overall the hotel is comfortable and quite recommended for those who want to stay in the area.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean. There are drinking water dispensers on several floors. The lobby also smells nice. The hotel is close to everything. There's a laundry service nearby, plenty of food vendors, and a minimarket.

The room does not provide mineral water.

This hotel is highly recommended. In one alley there are two hotels, Mov Hotel and Izumi Hotel, both in a row. Lots of food, there are halal pulled noodles and Indian food. Walk a little into the back alley and you will reach Bukit Bintang Street. Very close to Pavilion and the city center. Close to Monorail, MRT, etc. Highly recommended for those of you who want to go everywhere on foot and by public transportation. Close to culinary hits and Market Lot 10, Fahrenheit, and Don Don Donki Japanese souvenirs. Lots of food in this area. So far everything is okay, the bathroom is clean, the room is also clean, there is a great hair dryer, dries hair quickly, the best in general. Highly recommended ✨

The hotel staff is friendly, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, access to Bukit Bintang is very close and the hotel facilities are good, there is a play area and reading books for children and adults.

Not worth it for the hotel price, there are no facilities in the hotel room.

No parking for vehicles for hotel guests is a big setback.

I had a pleasant stay here. I really love the bathroom, colorful dim lights, love my window view to stars. It's clean, modern, chic. The hotel is really busy, guests come in and out almost 24 hours. Even I enjoy my quick sitting at the lobby at midnight. Definitely will return.
