I have book 5 night i saty only 1 night due to disgusting the WC, wc plash and site damage there not place to push the water Wc room everywhere hairs of people, even dine table is not even clean almost 1 year i think. it has too much dust. cupboard even not open i thing spiders every where.and molding. wifi only available in the lobby people are smoking in the lobby reception boys not even stop the guest. thats the only place where wifi. I have changed to different hotel due to this condition if possible I would like to get back my money back. my room number 17 I book from 30th Dec to 5th Dec. 5 night. I'm not recommend this place again. 🤢🤮

This inn is understaffed, the front office doubles as public relations and housekeeping. When I arrived, there were more than three people waiting for a room. Those waiting weren't served at all, and they weren't given any information. Someone even got angry before they responded. The room is okay for sleeping, but if you're tired from work and want to unwind and relax, you'd better look for another one. We were disappointed with the service. Everything in my room worked except the TV. My coworker's room was unlucky; it was dirty and the AC wasn't cold. If you had the money, you'd better stay somewhere else. For future improvements: If the room isn't ready, you need to inform the person waiting, don't just ignore it.
