Thank you for your comment, Sis Yolanda, we apologize if you did not feel comfortable during your stay at Aloha, but we are sorry, your comment was not honest, when checking in, we informed you that the maximum room capacity is 2 people (for this we are disciplined), My sister said yes Sis, there are only 2 of us. The second day, early in the morning, my sister's friend came with luggage, left in the afternoon, I (as the owner) informed her again, and Sis Yolanda answered, no ma'am, this is a friend who just wants to go out together (info 2x), but in reality it's a friend who said they would only go out together and stay at Aloha too, and the night guard wouldn't allow it. We ensure that we convey the rules at the hotel to guests when checking in. For car parking, which should not be available, we are happy to provide it, even for storage of souvenirs that fill the refrigerator, we are happy to provide it, where is our unfriendliness?
