We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the accommodations to be very pleasant. While there was some noise due to ongoing renovations, it did not significantly detract from our experience. The hallway carpet had a slight odor, but it was a minor issue in an otherwise comfortable environment. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We would consider returning in the future.

Entering the hotel is a bit confusing for tourists who rely on Gmap/Waze. The room facilities are quite old. The receptionist is friendly, my room was upgraded to a non-smoking room because I brought children. If I'm not mistaken, Mas Kirman. Thank you.

The bedrooms are clean and the beds are big and soft, and the pool is large and kid-friendly.

The deluxe room was listed as having a bathtub, but upon arrival, it turned out there wasn't one. The receptionist said this was an app error and offered no compensation. They weren't greeted warmly upon arrival, perhaps tired from the late hour. For a 4-star hotel, this felt like a 2-star room, as the room smelled unpleasant, the bed was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, and many of the walls were peeling. For the same price, you'd be better off looking for another hotel, as many offer better facilities and service.

The place is comfortable and nice. But the parking lot security is lacking. How can a helmet be lost and reported to security without a proper response? Helmets aren't worth much, but they're necessary for traveling.

Every time I stay at Yuan Hotel, it is comfortable.
