The family room is so spacious and clean. My family and I were so comfortable staying in this hotel and the location is really great. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We definitely are going to come back to stay here again when we travel again to Thailand.

The location is really great. It's in Pratunam Market area, so you can still enjoy the night market after you get back from your tour in a whole day. The staff are also so friendly and very helpful. The room is clean. We even extended our stay here for 2 days more after staying for 4 days at first. Recommended.

Besides the clean and comfortable rooms, the hotel staff, Mark Antoni and another guy (I forgot to ask their names), are very friendly, kind, and very helpful. Small rooms, big deposits, and big fines for slightly stained sheets. Tip: record the condition of the room when you first check in as proof.

We left as soon as we see the room, too shady, smells like mold and water keep dripping from the toilet, too bad its not refundable.

Although it is in a small alley, the location is quite okay, because it is near Pratunam Market. The room is small, there is no wardrobe, but there is a refrigerator. The room is not soundproof. The sound of people snoring in the next room can be heard.

I stayed in a (1 single bed & 1 double bed) room type. There are also small ants on the window and door frames. The rooms are small and there is little space to unpack luggage. There should be a small wall-mounted wardrobe. Room service staffs are good.
