Pertama datang susah parkir karena pas ada kegiatan di aula-nya, jadi full parkiran. Resepsionis wanitanya kurang senyum. Masuk kamar sesuai dengan yang tertera di foto. Kebersihan kamar ok. Air botol dalam kamar hanya tersedia 1 botol. Tidak tersedia toiletries, dan tidak ada handuk, akhirnya kami turun ke lobby karena tidak ada telepon dalam kamar untuk minta handuk, dan di beri 1 handuk. Tidak tersedia juga tisu. Tengah malam karena hujan deras sekali, kamar bocor pas di atas kasur, untunglah petugas dengan cepat memberikan penggantian ke kamar yang lainnya. Di kamar yang baru kami tempati tersedia handuk 1 tapi tetap tidak tersedia toiletries & tisu. Tidak tersedia air botol tapi tersedia teh & gula sachet. Untuk sarapan standar secara rasa juga varian lauk pauknya.

I ordered a Junior Suites room but no soap, shampoo, toothbrush, slippers were available. The cafe bar is also only available in thermos and granulated sugar. The bathroom leaks when it rains heavily. Front Office service is also not friendly. Please fix all the services of this hotel again. Thank You.

Layanan hotel yang buruk. Resepsionnis yang tidak ramah. Pesan kamar suite (tipe tertinggi di sini), tapi sarung bantal yang kotor (akhirnya minta ganti keempat-empatnya), lantai kamar yang terasa seperti berdebu (seperti sudah lama tak dipel), ketel pemanas air tidak ada (akhirnya minta dulu, baru diantar), peralatan kamar mandi tidak ada (minta dulu, tapi yang dikasih hanya sabun, sampo dan sikat gigi tidak ada sampai saya check out), colokan listrik minimal (akhirnya minta kabel sambung), dan parahnya lagi tidak ada line telpon di kamar sehingga harus turun naik (dari ujung lantai 2) ke resepsionis untuk minta dan komplain macam-macam. Parah betul ini hotel, untuk sekelas bintang dua dan layanan kamar untuk tipe tertinggi (yang katanya suite itu). Tidak lagi deh.

I hope that when we get to Palopo, the wifi can be used, it turns out that for 4 days I complained and the wifi didn't really work. At first, I was lazy to extend a week here, but because of the location near Indomaret, there are places to eat, so let's try to survive. One week, I moved from a junior suite to a deluxe room, but again the toilet spray came off. I've complained until 3 days to work on it. Ouch. Check it out!
