Starting from upon entering the hotel: 1. There's no reception desk; you have to call for service. 2. There's no elevator; you have to carry your luggage up to the 4th floor (understandable). 3. The room is old. I'm not sure if it's decorated in a vintage style or what, but it's old. 4. This is real: when I opened the window at the back of the room, the entire pane of glass fell off. 5. The air conditioner is noisy, but tolerable.

Very old rooms with mosquitoes in the bedroom, lots of bad service, wardrobes, no hangers. The owner does not seem to care about the customer.
