It was a great pleasure staying here, the staff were all friendly.

The room is spacious for a hotel of its class. It's fully equipped, with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and water heater. However, the TV screen was a bit blue yesterday. I asked the receptionist and they said someone would come, but no one did. Well, it's still enjoyable, though. The TV is digital.

The hotel is in the city center, close to everything. The rooftop pool is the coolest. You can also watch the sunset there.

A strategically located hotel close to malls, the old town, and numerous culinary options. Parking is limited. Clean and comfortable.

I've been to Louis Kienne many times with my extended family, so I decided to book the Pemuda branch. Surprisingly, I checked in today and got a room upgrade, as some floors were undergoing AC maintenance. Big thanks to Mas Angga for being super helpful with the upgrade and making our staycation in Semarang even more enjoyable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'll definitely be back.

The receptionist said the pool closed at 7 p.m. Looking up, there were still plenty of people swimming. It's unusual for Semarang to be hot during the day. The lobby ceiling looks like it could use a new one. But other than that, it's okay. I'll come back here next time I'm in Semarang.

The first experience when checking in was very memorable because our room was upgraded to a junior suite. The staff was friendly even though it took a long time to check in. When we arrived at the room, we could already feel the unpleasant smell, probably from the sink waste. The bathroom, towels, and room were also not very clean, probably because the hotel is old. When we complained about the smell and asked to be moved, the hotel staff reluctantly agreed with the condition that they would check first and the room would be returned to a deluxe, we were okay as long as the room didn't smell. When we returned to the hotel and entered the same room, the same smell still lingered. My husband immediately got angry downstairs and we were immediately able to move to a better room that night. Suggestion: listen to customer complaints and act on them. Thank you.

I had my birthday there, and it was comfortable and easily accessible. The entire place and room were clean, and the staff were very friendly. There were many amenities, including a very large and beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant also had delicious food. I got sliced fruit for my room because it was my birthday. It's best to contact the hotel seven days before your birthday so they can arrange it. The only downside is the soundproofing, so if someone in the next room is shouting or making a phone call on speakerphone, it can be heard in your room, but that happens occasionally. Overall, the hotel is very good.

Wrong elevator, coming home at 11 PM and passing the apartment elevator instead. When I got to my room, it was open but empty. I got really creeped out and rushed back to the 4th floor parking lot, haha. Funny experience.

Actually the only downside is that the room is a bit damp so it smells a bit. Maybe because it's carpeted so it's damp and cold. But other than that okie 👍

The bedcover was accidentally exposed to the bedroom light, and the lining was very dirty. After checking out, more than three hours later, I suddenly received a WhatsApp message saying I was fined Rp 1,000,000 for smoking. They sent me a photo of a cigarette in a cup of instant noodles. I don't smoke, and even after explaining why they were still stubborn. They should have been notified immediately upon check-out, not waited three hours.

Overall, I was very satisfied 👍. However, the bathroom door I stayed in couldn't be locked, which makes it difficult if you're staying with friends or relatives. Toothbrushes and shower caps weren't provided in the bathroom upon check-in, and the TV selection wasn't very varied. Parking in the hotel parking area can be difficult for those driving with a large turning radius. Valet service is provided, however.
