The old room smelled musty upon entering. The mattress was very hard, and the sheets retained moisture, becoming damp and uncomfortable after only a short time. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, causing water to splash when showering.

Chúng tôi rất tiếc vì tình trạng mùi ẩm, giường nệm và khu vực phòng tắm đã làm ảnh hưởng đến sự thoải mái của Quý khách.Khách sạn đã ghi nhận các ý kiến này và đang tiến hành kiểm tra, cải thiện lại hệ thống vệ sinh, thay mới chăn ga cũng như rà soát lại thiết kế phòng tắm để hạn chế tình trạng nước văng khi sử dụng.Chúng tôi hy vọng sẽ có cơ hội được đón tiếp Quý khách lần nữa để mang đến trải nghiệm tốt hơn và thoải mái hơn.

We sincerely apologize that your stay was not ideal. We are deeply regretful about the inconvenience caused by the unpleasant odor due to humidity, the condition of the linens, and the bathroom. We take your feedback seriously and are currently investigating and improving our cleaning facilities, changing the linens, and renovating the bathroom to reduce water splashing. We hope to welcome you back in the future, and we will do our best to make your next stay even more pleasant.

Room was clean, bathroom facilities were good, but had a sour smell possibly from the septic system.

Staff is too professional (not guiding customers), poor customer support policy, not flexible for customers. Not worth the money I spent. I will never go back to this hotel.

Unsatisfied. 10 minutes late check out for late picking up an extra 60k. sewing without being charged because of 2 consecutive cuttings.
