friendly staff, great views and food

Amazing stay with excellent services

Everything is good, delicious breakfast, and just found out there is free flow ala carte. Ordered the best seller sirloin steak, the meat is already cut so you just have to eat it.

There is a nice cafe. 10/10 hospitality, 10/10 drinks.

maybe I just don't fit the industrial concept that makes the room gloomy, dark and shabby. no windows for light. interacting like in a cave. when sleeping it feels like sleeping in a warehouse. dirty floor because of broken cement floor. stained toilet.

overall it's fun, the design is unique, check in and check out are also unique, the hotel staff are friendly, it's just a shame the lights in the room are not bright enough for me who likes bright rooms. and for room 115, if possible the toilet lights should be brighter because when you open the door, what you see is a dark gray wall, it gives a spooky impression

super deh..one of the favorite hotels for those who want to vacation in Bandung because it has a 24-hour stay concept..so no need to grab grubuk co in the afternoon if the flight or train is in the afternoon or evening, just adjust the ci hours. the facilities are okay, there is a pool on the 9th floor and because the location is on the side of the main road, I requested the upper floor, the position is right behind BIP next to Ayam Sari. the ci and co process is also easy. charged a deposit of 300 thousand which can only be done with cc or cash. but because I don't have cash and don't have a cc so I don't use a deposit, but they take off everything in the minibar. thank you, sis receptioniinist..understandably not a person who holds a lot of cash and doesn't use a cc.

Everything is okay, the security guard is a little lacking in initiative.

Recommended place to stay in the middle of the city. Though the room I stayed in has a broken curtain rail, so couldn't open the window curtains fully to see the view outside.

Comfortable hotel, spacious enough room, there is a rooftop. Mineral water with refill bottles but it would be better if there were also dispensers on each floor. Around the hotel there are many foods.

check in experience was not so good because i have to deposit money 300 IDR only in CASH. the room was too dark, unfurnished, and the floor is dirty.

The experience of staying here was very pleasant, the hotel is nice, clean, the service is friendly, the food is also delicious, unfortunately the room is not soundproof so the sound from outside the room & the next room is very audible.
