The hotel staff is friendly, if we need something they quickly provide it, the room is spacious, clean, amenities are quite complete, there is a smart TV, the hotel location is strategic, security is quick to move when we want to pick up the car. The 24-hour facilities are really good, but parking is a hassle, and it's more suitable for young people than families.

The TV didn't work for a while, so we had to call engineering. There was water in the minibar tray because the ice melted, apparently they forgot to empty it. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the access was easy.

The 24-hour concept is very attractive for those who need it. However, it makes the check-in process more complicated. You have to be willing to wait for the desired room to be available. The room was very nice and comfortable, although I got a slightly hidden window, but it was still pleasant. The only regret was that the hotel was unwilling to accept breakfast for three people (2 adults and 1 child) as per the voucher from the app. Breakfast was finally provided for three people but was considered a "dispensation for this time only" by the hotel and warned that it would not be available next time. The breakfast area is cramped. I had breakfast very early to avoid the crowds, so it was safe. Parking is far from adequate, and all valet parking is due to the lack of parking.

Between the rooms, it felt like it wasn't soundproof. Better without breakfast and eat outside, variety menu like a 3-stars. Even many 3-star hotels have more varied menus.

Lovely hotels with various check-in times and counting 24 hours onward to check-out time. Perfect hotel for those who love to spend time visiting Bandung in daylight. Check-in at 10 PM, after finishing traveling and city-seeing, then have a good rest and do some extra trips around Bandung on the next day until 7 PM, then back to the hotel for a quick rest and clean up all the family while repacking just before the check-out time at 10 PM.

For those who want to relax without rushing to check out, this hotel is very helpful and close to the city center.

Always a choice when going to Bandung

The breakfast view is beautiful, but the only downside is that the room has minimal lighting at night. Perhaps they could switch to white lights.
