Everything went well and was enjoyable. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is in the city center, directly connected to the mall. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The best.

The hotel is adjacent to the mall, Paskal 23, so the family is very happy. In the area around the hotel there are also many shophouses selling food and minimarkets.

The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. I'd recommend that the sliding bathroom door require a lock for privacy. The bathroom door is also a bit noisy because it wobbles and bangs against the wall. Perhaps a rubber stopper could be added to quieten the noise.

I like staying here because it's close to the station, just a short walk away. I asked for a high floor, and they gave me one. But I forgot to mention that I wanted a north-facing room, so there's less privacy.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, as we were looking for a hotel close to the mall. Check-in was very quick, with no deposit required. The receptionist was friendly, sorry I forgot her name. I checked in a bit late around 6pm as I had just gotten off work. Parking was also made easy with the assistance of the security staff, who provided valet parking. We were a bit worried because of the many reviews regarding parking issues here, but that wasn't the case. We received directions from the receptionist, parking was easy, and it was free as long as we exited onto Pasirkaliki Street. One of the advantages of this hotel is its easy access to the mall, as it's in the same building as 23 Paskal Mall. It's a great place to find food and entertainment, with plenty of options. The hotel room itself is comfortable and clean.

The location is very strategic. Close to the mall, close to Paskal snacks, close to the station. The service is very good. Everyone is friendly, helpful, the hotel is very clean. There is a pool that is big enough for swimming in the morning, the breakfast is delicious even though there are not many choices, there is an XBOX in the game area, wow! 🔥 Love it!!

It was a pleasant experience staying at Yello Hotel due to its strategic location. Breakfast could be improved, as some dishes didn't live up to their name, such as tekwan, which featured fish balls, and nasi uduk, which featured only white rice.
