My first time staying here, I got a room with poor air conditioning on the first day, but on the second day and beyond, I was moved to the 17th floor and the room was nice, with cool air conditioning, and good service. For the price, it was quite satisfactory.

The ceiling is broken, there are many leaks. The spare mattress has many holes due to cigarette butts, many cigarette burns in many places. The AC is not cold. There are many burnt cigarette butts everywhere, on the table, in the cupboard, on the kitchen set, etc. The dirty floor is not mopped. The pillows are unusable, very thin, far from SOP standards. The receptionist is not friendly. There is no Netflix. I checked in for 2 people but was only given 1 towel. The water heater was broken, I didn't get hot water when I took a shower. Not soundproof, people outside talking could be heard very clearly.

The room, toilet, and bed linens were clean and fragrant. They provided one towel, and the refrigerator and air conditioning were cool. The service was friendly, and the motorcycle parking area was quite spacious. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free.

Not bad, because the room is quite dirty for that size, but it's according to the price.

The room was extremely dirty, with the bathroom covered in grime, the balcony covered in black puddles and cigarette butts. Only one light was on, and the rest were missing bulbs. The room smelled a bit, no soap was provided, and the toilet flushed.

The service was terrible, we were the guests who had to go to the reception to get towels. The accommodation was dirty, not worth it at all. It was as dirty as the rooms themselves, not good, not recommended.

The room was so bad... all the interior was old and broken.

My suggestion to the hotel management, it would be better if the rooms were painted and cleaned every day.

In my opinion, the facilities provided are very lacking, especially in terms of cleanliness. The mattress and sheets were stained, not just one or two, but almost all of them. Please be more professional. How can we pay for something and still get such benefits? How can the room we were given smell like cigarettes and be extremely dirty?
