This was my first time at Haian, but it left a very good impression on me. The staff were friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. The hotel smelled wonderful from the moment I entered. It was clean, and the food was delicious. The location was right in front of the beach. The next time I visit Da Nang, I will definitely return to Haian.

I really like the space here. I used to stay at Haian hotel in the city so I really trust the service. The hotel is on the beach, convenient location, nice view, has a piano, swimming pool is also nice. The staff are enthusiastic in supporting.

Good service, clean room, a variety of breakfast. But on the day I stayed, it rained and the power went out many times. There should be a backup power supply at all times.

Staff are very cute and friendly. Rata hotel smells good, I really like this scent. In addition to the fact that my room is close to the elevator so people pass by often, the soundproofing from the beach area is good, not noisy, nice view. Will stop by again

It is the best of accommodation. Front offices the best person. Hotel staff are very good service, lovely, friendly and kindly. The hotel breakfast is very delicious. The room is very clean. The room is very neat. Afternoon tea served is the best. Hotel view is good It was a wonderful stay. We went to sporting events, were welcomed and looked after from every part of the hotel. I'll be back in bext year.
