We were booked on the third floor, but when we asked to move to the ground floor, we were told it wasn't possible because the room grade was different. This information wasn't provided or communicated upfront. It should have been provided. It was disappointing. If we'd known the ground floor rooms were more expensive, we would have booked at a more expensive hotel.

The view is quite steady.

For 1 night it's quite okay in my opinion.
