The place is comfortable even though it's in the middle of the city, but sometimes you're surprised when a train passes by because there are train tracks right behind it hahaha.

Worth it. It's worth the price. Again, it's affordable, quite comfortable, and fairly clean. The AC probably needs maintenance, as it's not very cold.
