The light in the bathroom wouldn't turn on, but the staff immediately fixed it, and it didn't take long before it was fixed and turned on again.

strategic location not far from the market. don't expect more facilities, but the room is clean, the bathroom is good no problem, the view is quite good although not very good. for transit okay

The downside is that the room is old and needs renovation, there is no hot water with the temperature of Bromo being so cold..
With that price, it's not worth it in my opinion and my husband 🙏🏼🙏🏼
The plus point is that the room is clean and the sheets smell good..

Thank you for your rating, and thank you for staying at Ancala Inn. The water flow has been a little slow these days because there are problems with the water sources that we usually use. And as for the atmosphere at our accommodation, Tosari village was indeed quiet. Thank you for your input, as an evaluation of our performance.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, worth it for that price. The service is poll friendly, the jeeps are also good. Even though there is no breakfast, access to finding food is very easy. Close to shops and markets. Very patient sir, when we checked out it was 4 in the morning. Thank you very much, Dian.

I'm from Situbondo, I thought the accommodation was in Bromo, but it turns out it's far from Bromo via Pasuruan. The room should be nice and spacious but the sink is not maintained and the sink leaks so the bathroom is flooded. There are no mats that are said to have been laundered any more.

Please fix it regarding the water, it's true" I was anxious when taking a shower because the water was sometimes alive and sometimes disappeared, even the hot water was alive, reluctant to turn it off or not.

Kamar sama seperti di foto, ada air panas, cuma pas kemaren saya dapet kamar mandinya mampet, jadi tergenang, mudah-mudahan bisa segera diperbaiki. Untuk ke Bromo nya udah ga terlalu jauh.

The old hotel is not maintained, the wifi range does not reach room access, the garden is not maintained, in my opinion it does not deserve to be called a hotel. But more to the villa, bad.

Cleanliness is lacking. There is no bathroom door handle. The bathroom sliding glass door was broken, it couldn't be slid (closed). There is also no hook for the shower head. Stained bed linen, towels, blankets. Dirty toilets. The tiles on the sink were broken not repaired.
