The receptionist at the check-in desk was unprofessional and had an attitude towards the guests. Specifically, the guests arrived first but you were not able to complete the procedures, then you arbitrarily switched to doing the check-in procedures for the guests who arrived later, leaving the guests who arrived first to wait. After completing the procedures for the guests who arrived later, they did not proactively call me back to continue but waited for me to remind them before proceeding. Check-in time was around 5:55 p.m. on November 26, 2024.

Returning to Central Hotel after more than 2 years, the experience is still as good as the previous times I stayed here. The hotel is right next to Thanh Hoa Big Sister, the rooms are always clean, fully equipped with amenities, the hotel takes great care of the user experience when preparing everything for guests. This time I stayed in a corner room, 2 glass sides overlooking the city & Ma River, very beautiful.

5 star hotel, nice and clean rooms. Delicious food. However, a dust-free sofa is great.

I think I will come back here next time. The breakfast is rich and delicious, suitable for my family's taste. The location is too central. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The interior of the house is a bit old, but basically I am satisfied.

Book room 2 double 1 single that the receptionist said no such room. I request to change to 2 single beds for an additional charge of 100k. I disagree, that's all. The soundproofing is too poor on the 7th floor but still have to listen to the guests' reluctant karaoke a few floors below causing fatigue. Do not want to come back again

Non-professional staff. Speak modestly to guests. Customers forget things but do not notify guests until they come back to find them. Never come back again.

The hotel is new, the pool is clean but the hotel for local guests to swim in is quite noisy. The reception was enthusiastic, friendly. However, the conference organizing committee was quite noisy.
