If you're looking for budget accommodation right in the heart of SCBD, you might want to try this. It's literally across from Astha's Senopati lobby. If you're on a business trip just to sleep, traveling alone or with family, it's perfectly safe.

The hotel staff is kind and friendly, the service is also very good and responsive.

Near the meeting place, just walk.

Yesterday, I stayed overnight for the Jakarta Running Festival at GBK, which was very close—just a short walk. However, the room's AC was incredibly hot, even though it was set to 18°F and the fan was on high speed.

Feels like a princess. Located in very strategic area, across from Astha 8, going to mall as a daily basis since my office route was that way 🤣

at night there is no hotel staff on guard - even though parking is difficult. is this a hotel or a boarding house?

The room is not soundproof, someone set an alarm in who knows which room from 4.45am to 6am and the sound doesn't stop!

Not really recommended. Stayed 2 days, the rooms was not cleaned between the days, checked in and at first they gave me the wrong room.

Kamar mandi lebih bagus dan bersih dari ruangan tidurnya. Handuk wangi tapi noda dan sudah tidak putih lagi.

Seru sih hotelnya, cuma AC rada panas. Menurut gue minusnya karena nggak ada sendal, buat yang pakai sepatu agak ribet kalau mau ambil makan atau turun ke bawah harus pakai sepatu lagi.

The rooms are quite clean but at that price the breakfast isn't that great. At breakfast you only get an omelet and orange juice.

The price is not commensurate with the facilities, just win the location in front of Astha.

Rooms are neat and motel is easy to local.
