Everything is fine. Only the wifi on the first floor to the bedroom is not available or very weak.

Compared to the price, the room is quite small, the bathroom equipment is quite old and basic. The air conditioner is not cold. The room door has almost no soundproofing so it is quite noisy. The elevator is old, I feel uneasy when using it.

I stayed for 2 days and 2 nights and I met with 4 different receptionists. They were friendly but most of them were difficult to understand my English. I booked a motorcycle verbally the day before and asked for confirmation. Both the lady and WA admin said yes, available. But the next day another receptionist I saw for the first time said it was fully booked. Kind of disappointed. Lack of coordination. There was no soap nor shampoo in the bathroom. Overall, I didn't have high expectations though.

The room is very old, the elevator is so bad it almost broke down, but it's in the city center.

The hotel is conveniently located, easy to get to the sights, and in the evening just a few steps away from the Western Quarter. The staff is extremely enthusiastic, the rooms are spacious and airy. However, the daily cleaning is not very clean and the hot water heater is a bit unstable. But for such a cheap price, I can't ask for anything more. Very good experience!

Hotel near the center, convenient for traveling. Small room, dark, damp. Old room equipment, hair dryer, TV remote control not working. Wet toilet. Complaint to reception but no response. Guests hide their suitcases themselves, not guided to the room and use the room space.

Lesser touristy spots for food which is nice Staff are pleasant Kettle and fridge Bed was fine but scratchy old cushion Bikes to rent at a fairly competitive price but not as good as round the corner Improvements: Shower head fell and broke on last day. Water was scalding and ran out fast. Array of slipper sizes Show rack broken Noisy neighbours - we shared the floor with a family I think and they were up late and then up early screaming and running around. Housekeeping knocked at 9am and we were having our first lie in of the trip

Great location to major attractions. Decent room and pricing for a place to rest during your trip. Most importantly, the staffs and receptionists are super friendly and helpful providing information and support. The air con in my initial room didn't work properly, they switched me to another (higher price) room (pictures) within 15mins, no issues. Thank you for a great experience!
