1. the room is far too small than what has been described. Certainly not 32sq.m. kindly judge and if possible compensate. 2. The hot water dispenser is everywhere and easily available but not a single cup provided

The room is bad, dust anywhere, not clean, no glass for drink, the bathroom door cannot use is broken, can not lock.. For vacation I suggest not choice the gm hotel... For location is good, nearest the pangkor jetty, lumut shopping, can buy 'ikan bilis mata biru'..

A good budget hotel. Receptionist was very helpful and attentive. Deliver extra pillows upon request and replacing faulty electric kettle in quickest time possible. Ample parking lots. Quiet environment. Just minutes away to Lumut Town & 15 mins to Teluk Batik Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at a very reasonable price. Room size (Deluxe Family Room) is huge, comfortable but should provide more towels and extra pillows. Overall it was a satisfying experience staying at this hotel. It just a budget hotel and I didn't have higher expectations. But it has delivered some standards.

Usually, just to sleep and fade, tomorrow travel to another destination.
