The bedroom had no air conditioning, it was hot at noon, and the sun shone directly in. The carpet was dirty and torn. It was the weekend, and there was construction going on, so there was no AC, and I had to leave the door open, which only amplified the noise. The hotel was busy and said it was the last room and they wouldn't change it for me. I booked for two nights, tried one night, but the construction noise continued the next day, so I checked out, but the hotel refused to refund my money. The hotel's entrance is narrow and steep, making it inconvenient. The soundproofing is poor; I could hear everything from the hallway.

My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here and we really enjoyed it. If we have another trip, we would still choose this place for our vacation. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but due to an unexpected family emergency two days before my departure, I had to cancel everything. The hotel was very supportive in helping me resell the rooms. I hope to have the chance to stay at the hotel again.

I go to Da Lat once a year, and I always choose this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful, with a super-large, comfortable bed. The bathroom is also incredibly spacious. The quality far exceeds the price. The bellhops are always cheerful and helpful with luggage. 10/10

The Buffet Lounge and Rooftop area were still under renovation, so the facilities were not available to guests. Sometimes, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable.

It was a nice trip, although the staff could be more proactive, but overall, it's a nice experience.

The staff are very friendly, and they even rent out motorbikes, which is convenient for getting around.

In my personal opinion, the hotel's Wi-Fi was quite weak; I couldn't connect and work on my laptop. Hopefully, it will be improved next time I visit.
