I was very impressed with this hotel, I felt comfortable. The hospitality of the hotel staff was extraordinary 👍. Access to everywhere is easier, the surrounding environment is also comfortable, and for any business in Jakarta, I only choose this hotel. Thank you for the service 👍👍👍

A comfortable hotel with a strategic location and excellent staff service. It would be nice to add more room amenities (mini fridge, etc.), and to change the dusty gray interior to a different color (to avoid the dusty impression, even though it's clean).

This hotel was excellent, offering easy access to everything around Jakarta. The staff was friendly and provided free water refills in the rooms. However, the laundry prices should be kept a bit low, if possible. 😊

The hotel staff was kind and friendly, but I was a bit confused when I wanted to try New Year's Eve dining, as reservations were required, and there was no such information. The facilities were all good and clean.
