I've known PO Hotel since it was still called Crown. I was a member with multiple benefits. After a while, I stayed again yesterday, and the room was still as clean and well-maintained as before. Only the breakfast options were more varied than in the Crown era. BTW, thank you PO Hotel, and hopefully we'll be back again next time.

Booked 2 rooms: Room 1 had a problem, couldn't get into the room, had to wait for engineering for quite a long time. Room 2: The AC in the room didn't work, it was very hot, also had to call engineering. The refrigerator was broken, had to be replaced. Even though we were very tired from driving from Jakarta. The towels were stained. In the end, we changed rooms. Disappointed, not like a 5-star.

The hallways and parts of the hotel smelled musty. The swimming pool water was green, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and was full of dirt. There were dead cockroaches on the edge of the pool and there was water scale in the children's pool. The bath towels in the room were black and smelled musty. The bathroom shower had black scale. Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant experience throughout. One of the highlights is definitely the direct access to the mall, which makes everything very convenient—especially for a short stay or family trip. However, there was a downside during breakfast. I visited during peak season, and although the hotel had already arranged breakfast time slots during check-in, the implementation didn’t run smoothly. I arrived at my assigned time, but unfortunately still had to wait for a table due to limited seating. It also felt like the restaurant team was rushing to keep up with the crowd. Some glasses and plates still had a slight soap smell, which affected the dining experience. As for the food, it was quite standard—nothing particularly memorable. I believe this could be improved with better preparation during peak seasons like Lebaran, especially in managing capacity and maintaining quality. With a bit more readiness, the experience could have been much more enjoyable and consistent.
