The hotel's location is strategic, especially for those wanting to try the sunrise trek to Mount Batur. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is quite tasty, and the view is beautiful. In the future, perhaps bathrooms, especially those with bathtubs, should be equipped with bath mats for safety, as the floor can be a bit slippery after a shower.

Stayed with family for one night. Great location with beautiful views from both the restaurant and the room. The staff was very friendly. Will return next time we're on holiday. Our suggestion: add a guardrail/fence at the children's pool steps, as there's a steep cliff and some abandoned ironwork.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attended to our needs promptly. We were upgraded to a larger and nicer room at no additional cost due to renovations being carried out on the room we booked. The views are also stunning, with a wide selection of rooms and meals, and a hot tub. Overall, it was a great experience and I was very satisfied.

There's no elevator, but the staff are very responsive and quick, and thankfully, very helpful. The food is absolutely delicious! The taste is top-notch, but the prices aren't overpriced for a hotel restaurant. The view is absolutely gorgeous, try going out at sunrise around 6pm! ^^

Booked with breakfast included, and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, and the view was great. However, if you wanted refills of condiments like coffee, sugar, etc., you had to tell the staff; they wouldn't deliver them. There were also a lot of flies outside the room. So far, my stay here has been great, really great.

It's better to look for a room with a direct view of the mountain, or if you have a larger budget, a room with a bathtub on the balcony is better.

My stay was mediocre. Netflix on the TV didn't work well and often lagged suddenly. Amenities were lacking, as slippers and a dental kit were not provided. The bathroom needs improvement, at least with a shower partition, even though it's spacious. For me, the lack of these amenities, for a room costing over Rp 500,000, was simply not worth it. Breakfast was okay. I ordered prawn spaghetti in the evening, but it was too salty. The torch ginger fried rice was good. The view is excellent, as the location is strategic. Some areas need renovation, and renovations are underway. Hopefully, they will improve. The staff were very friendly and informative.

The place is nice, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a peaceful place to relax. The rooms are fully equipped.

Oh my God, the view is so beautiful, directly overlooking the mountains and Lake Batur, the rooms are cool, there are cold and warm swimming pools, the food is super delicious.

For a fairly expensive room, the room, made only of plywood, doesn't seem to match it. When I first walked in, the floor was sticky. The view was nice.

everything was good but the bed had mites...my children and I had lots of red bumps even though we kept the insect lamp on the whole time we stayed there, I'm pretty sure we got bitten by mites from the bed, please clean it.

It's better not to have breakfast, the breakfast is not recommended.

The best location, mountain and lake views, the food at the breakfast restaurant is delicious, with views of the mist, mountains, and lake. Those who like to get back to nature will definitely like it, lack of nightlife, food is limited at night, so you have to prepare extra food if you get hungry at night. The service is friendly and welcoming... worth it!
