The view is beautiful, and the room is quite spacious. The key is given directly by the concierge, so you'll need to WhatsApp/call first to check in.

The rooms are fully equipped with Wi-Fi, an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a water dispenser, and various cooking and dining utensils. Bath soap, hand soap, and shampoo are also provided.

Everything is great, the rooms are great, and it's all great. Highly recommended.

2nd time staying at Lala House… very enjoyable 🫶

Mrs. Tini, the person in charge, was friendly and responded quickly to WhatsApp messages, and was very helpful when asked. Unfortunately, the water heater wasn't working on the last morning, and the Wi-Fi connection hadn't been available since the second day, for some reason, until the afternoon. Other than that, everyone was quite satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness, as it's very close to UPH and Supermal, just a short walk away. The security and front desk were also friendly.

It's really cool. Nice stay. Mrs. Tini was also friendly with the key handover service.

Recommended, clean and strategic place

Check-in was easy; just make an appointment in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. If you want to go to Supermal Karawaci, just get off and walk a few meters. There are plenty of restaurants and an Indomaret. Recommended. Thanks.

The apartment staff is friendly and responsive. Easy access from the parking lot to the apartment. Karawaci Mall is just a short walk away, very close.

The room was fantastic! It was really comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and had a fast response. The accommodation is above the mall and has many restaurants surrounding it, so you won't need to worry about finding food.

Anyway, it's great, go straight to Supermal Karawaci

There are cockroaches in the bathroom, the mattress is too soft.

Overall, the cleanliness of the room and the location are okay. But there is something lacking, namely the lack of free parking facilities, so you have to park your car at the mall and pay normally per hour until check out. Maybe there should be free parking facilities for guests. Thank you.
