The waiter's response is good, the breakfaat is delicious.

The room is quite large and quite exceeds my expectation. I only stayed here for one night and unfortunately it was Saturday. The receptionist had warned us that it might become noisy during the night as they had a bar on the second floor. I found the noise wasn't too bothering but my partner couldn't sleep until early morning. It's a bit creepy here though, especially in the bathroom. And I wondered whether they had changed the bedsheets as it doesn't smell too good. But I like the large mirror in the room and the large windows. Also, the breakfast is good!

It's not worth it, the impression is horror and because you already checked in, you can't cancel. So I don't stay and donate money just like that 😊.

The service is good, it's a shame the facilities with deluxe prices don't match reality. The air conditioner in the room we stayed was not cold at all even though it was already the lowest temperature. The night until the morning of our checkout it was still the same hot in the room.

The hotel is noisy. Night rest so disturbed.

The bathroom water is not strong, the air conditioner is not cold, the sheets make my skin bitten by bed bugs, I was on the 3rd floor I couldn't sleep because upstairs (6) again the karaoke sounds very annoying.

It looks good from the outside, the hot water is not hot so if you want to take a shower it is not recommended to take a morning shower. The wifi is not smooth and very slow. The atmosphere is noisy.

Location close to the beach. It's just that the rooms are not clean, gloomy, humid. The position of the rooms at the back and the position of the elevator is a bit far to walk.

Very unprofessional, there is no further confirmation or check out so the deposit funds are forfeited even though the hotel key is still there and returned

Menu makanan kurang variasi, kamar tidak sesuai pesanan bed cuma sniggle bed d apliksi trcntum 2bed,dan mnta tambahan jika mau 2bed.cukup kecewa.

Air buat mandi jalannya kecil, air panas sedikit yang keluar, handuk sudah usang, wifi tidak bisa dipakai, siaran tv tidak bisa ditonton, sinyal tidak ada, sangat membosankan.

There were small cockroaches scattered about, then the air conditioner was not cold enough, the rest was not bad.

Cleanliness of the hotel and bedrooms is not satisfactory. Very different from the photo display on the Traveloka Site, especially the toilets are very dirty. For a 3 star hotel class like this is not a recommendation.
