Good short escape, small hotel in Central Ubud area. Consider to be back when visiting Ubud.

Had an amazing stay here. The atmosphere feels very Ubud-y, cozy and relaxing. The bed is really comfortable, and the entire room is clean, well-designed, and has nice lighting that adds to the overall comfort. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. You also get several(at Flock Café), for example, you can enjoy a free kombucha and discounts on your meals. The location is also strategic, within walking distance to many of Ubud’s main tourist spots

The room was perfect, also the location was great, near many restaurants, just in between Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace.

The location is quite strategic, walking about 15 minutes to get to Jalan Goutama, the center of Ubud's hustle and bustle. The room is nice, clean and I like it the most because the walls are glass so the light is abundant because I happened to get the room at the end. In the room there is a balcony so you can smoke. Breakfast is good, but it's just an a la carte model. Overall good.

For those looking for a hotel location close to the center of attractions in Ubud, this hotel can be an option, just walking distance from Jalan Goutama and its surroundings. Easy if you want to find food or just stroll around. For cleanliness and aesthetics, Artotel is not in doubt, there must be something unique. Yesterday I chose Studio 20, quite spacious and what I like is because I got a corner room so the glass walls can get a wide view and plenty of lights. Then the balcony is also very beautiful, can be used for smoking space. But the size of the bathroom is quite small, but still okay. The staff are friendly and helpful, oh yes, this hotel does not have an elevator, so if you have a room above you have to be prepared to go up and down the stairs, but don't worry for those who bring suitcases, the hotel staff is ready to help carry them. For a la carte breakfast, the choices are quite diverse. What I like is the kombucha, it's delicious and refreshing. When checking out I was given a jar of cookies yesterday, thank you Artotel.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the room is big and clean, cleaning service comes every day. It's a bit of a shame that either the weather made the room or the room itself is very damp and humid. It's very hard to dry our clothes and towels. For me myself, it's quite hard to breathe.

Lovely and clean hotel. The room is spacious with a high ceiling! The shower room & toilet are well designed for function. I like the sink that is outside the toilet area. The spa is also very clean and gives a wonderful massage at a good price.
