The location is actually quite strategic and quiet. However, the management is lacking. There's no front office, and the manager is quite difficult to contact. You have to call multiple times to get a response. Cleanliness is quite concerning. There are spider webs and termites left on the stairs. There's also a lack of attention to accommodation and bathroom cleanliness. The management is also unaware of crucial aspects, such as turning off the water heater at night, which is very inconvenient for guests.

Not according to the description, remote location, the restroom is up stairs and it turns out the bathroom is outside, there is no guard, so when I arrived in the middle of the night I was confused.

The room was not cleaned, the bed sheets were dusty and had lots of gecko droppings.

Alhamdulillah, I was able to stay here for 2 nights. The room is on the upper floor, comfortable. Behind it is adjacent to the prayer room too. I deliberately looked for a comfortable place to park my car, because in Bukittinggi the air is definitely cool. I definitely recommend Bu Amah's homestay, hopefully I can stay here again💕
