A pleasant experience for my husband, who was visiting Indonesia for the first time. Staying at the Hyatt Jakarta was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean place, and delicious breakfast 🥰 Beautiful view of the Indonesia roundabout. One thing I found lacking was that the sofa bed in the family room wasn't comfortable enough for the kids, and they didn't immediately provide extra pillows and blankets. Hopefully, the extra blanket service can be improved (they shouldn't have provided a thin blanket). Upon checking out, I stopped by the cafe to buy some chocolate. My son received a chocolate tart as a gift ❤️ Overall, everything was great. Thank you, Hyatt Jakarta.

We had a great time here. The hotel so clean, love the room also, the staff are so friendly and helpfull especially the pool staff. And we love the set up for my daughter's bday. She wrote her experience with the 5 stars rating. I hope there will be a connection or bridge from Hyatt/Plaza Indonesia to Grand Indonesia, to optimize the shopping experience in rainy days

We have a great time here. Great access to the hotel, mal, and anywhere you want to go. The food is also delicious. Really worth every penny.

The second time I stayed here, a very pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly, check in could be faster, the room was clean, and always asked how I was doing at all times 😊, besides that the view of the HI roundabout is still my favorite when staying here, access to the mall and kmn2 is easier, a very memorable experience because this time my purpose of staying was to rest after watching the NATIONAL TEAM at GBK and then watching the Indonesia Open at Istora Senayan 🥰😍

The room was superbly clean and spacious, but the power outlet were not quite type C/F plug charger friendly (need a bit of struggle to plug it into), I suggest to take travel adapter with you. The wifi was fast, breakfast buffet was superb, and hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. If you book the rooms with Bundaran view, please note that the spotlights from the lobby roof can hinder your view during nighttime, thus you might not get the scene that you're expecting from photography perspective. And oh, the window glass is quite dirty, too
