I checked in on the second day so it was a bit early at around 6 KL time, the check-in process took a long time, I don't know what kind of trouble, but it took a long time. The hotel is an attractive place but the water problem and bathroom needs such as soap are not satisfactory.

For backpackers, the place is comfortable and close to urban areas.

Dormitory is quite comfortable, also provided an iron and microwave (suitable for backpacker traveler). Dorm special toilet is quite narrow.

Positive: cheap, clean, near alor street food, the reception is quite friendly, the items left behind are not lost. The service is not good enough.

This hotel is definitely great. It nears with bukit bintang, sungei wang and tanah alor. Its located strategic to monorail bukit bintang and mrt bukit bintang exit A and exit B. There always a seven eleven and KK mart in every aisle :) But I do hope the officers always keep cleaning the hostel. The shared bathroom are dirty in some places

It's comfy, clean and at tourists area

The ceiling of the bed (dorm room) was too low, I even couldn’t sit on the bed, not suitable for taller people

Actually it's fine, just I need to wait long for registration datas. it took about 30-45 minutes. how come? Others quite okay, I think. strategic location, just need to walk to go to shopping centres.

The check-in process is fast. clean rooms, clean bathrooms. there is a water heater available, but unfortunately no mineral water is provided. For TV using youtube, initially confused using the remote because it is not explained. but self-taught can be alone. WiFi signal is lost. But it is quite pleasant because it is close to eating places and the Bukit Bintang MRT station and the pavilion shopping center.

The room was comfortable and clean, but a bit noisy.

Room 207, no hot water, toilet can't flush down the poo, wifi signal very bad, but the aircon very cold
