I really liked the room. It was cheap, clean, new, quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. I've already recommended this hotel to friends planning a trip to Chiang Mai. However, I would suggest the hotel replace the hairdryer. It only worked for 2 seconds before stopping. The staff said it was like that in every room and told me to wait for it to cool down. It would turn on again, but then stop after 2 seconds. I stopped using it and had to use a towel instead.

Great location, convenient transportation, close to food options. The room was clean and fully equipped. The air conditioner in the room I booked was broken, so they upgraded me to a larger room.

The reception staff and luggage assistants were very helpful and provided excellent service. I was very impressed with the hotel's service. It's located in the heart of the city, close to tourist attractions and food options. The rooms are clean and safe. I highly recommend staying here.

It's very close to many tourist attractions. There's a morning market where you can buy souvenirs, and a street for shopping. Plus, it's close to delicious restaurants and popular dessert shops. The rooms aren't very soundproof, but overall it's very good.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Chiang Mai, Thailand. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and non-smoking, which made it very comfortable. The location is also great — Warorot Market, one of Chiang Mai’s famous traditional markets, is only about a 10-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, so you never have to worry about finding food. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! Great location and spacious rooms. This hotel is excellent! It is located very close to Warorot Market and is within easy walking distance of the Old Town gate. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room size was fantastic—much more spacious than expected. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Chiang Mai.

Big plus points: - The staff were very helpful. I booked a room right by the road, and it was noisy with traffic at night. The staff were so helpful that they changed rooms and upgraded them in no time. I didn't have to pay any extra. - The room was very clean and well-maintained. - There are many delicious local restaurants nearby.

The hotel is near the city center, making it convenient to get to entertainment areas. However, the rooms are a bit small, the water is barely hot, only lukewarm, so showering feels a bit cold, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy.
