The staff is nice and friendly. The location is close to the shopping center.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, but the price listed is not the correct price we pay. There will be additional fees for foreign tourists other than Malaysian residents who are taxed.

Service there is good. Even though I thought the receptionist wasn't there. Apparently there is a note for calling in the number listed there and when you want to order a taxi. The hotel helps find a taxi. thanks.

Poor service, counter left empty, unsafe, lobby lock door, do not check in at this hotel.

I had been to a hotel which is much more comfortable and cheaper than this.
