Service matters are terrible. We have stayed here almost 10 times. Our boyfriend asked to check in before noon. As for us, LINE went to find a place to stay but didn't read and didn't respond. All of a sudden, the owner or the owner is unsure, saying, "I have to go out and request to check in first." In which my girlfriend was waiting to check in.
