Service matters are terrible. We have stayed here almost 10 times. Our boyfriend asked to check in before noon. As for us, LINE went to find a place to stay but didn't read and didn't respond. All of a sudden, the owner or the owner is unsure, saying, "I have to go out and request to check in first." In which my girlfriend was waiting to check in. Meaning that if requested and unable to get out, why not notify? Do not do better service If not thinking of speaking or negotiating with good customers
