I had a 3-day, 2-night family trip, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, the prices were reasonable, and the location was convenient for walking to the center of Sapa for sightseeing.

The staff have a great service mind, are polite and kind. I would recommend this place to everyone I know if they visit Sapa.

Great service, clean, and comfortable hotel. Great view, with views of Sun Plaza and the Monorail. Very close to the city center, Sun Plaza, and the town square. Plus, there's a bathtub, perfect for those with kids.

The front desk staff had no service mind, were unwilling to answer questions, and dared to argue with customers. They waited until 2 PM to check in, but no one came before. The hotel doesn't care about customers, probably because they think customers will stay all the time because the view of the pool is beautiful. That's all there is to it. But the service is not comparable to Thailand, even though the price is not cheap at all. Very bad.

Big hotel located to Sunworld. Walking distance but must climb few stairs - tired. Cold and warm pool. When we stay they give us at level 2 - not good view. No balcony. I think it is overpriced
