As we are located in a small alley, access can sometimes be challenging for larger vehicles, and we understand how important this information is for guests who frequently use ride-hailing services. Thank you as well for highlighting the walking distance to Ratchathewi BTS Station and for sharing the information about the room key and deposit. Our standard room deposit is THB 1,000 in cash, and the THB 200 charge applies in case a room key/card is lost. We apologize if this information was not clearly communicated to you in advance, and we will take your feedback into consideration to make our policies clearer for future guests.
