Comfortable, clean, and strategic place.

Every time I go to Semarang, I always stay here, and this is my third time. As always, the room is super neat, with clean sheets and fragrant pillowcases. The cutlery and cooking utensils are also ready to use, there is a refrigerator, rice cooker, water heater, and a dispenser complete with a fully filled gallon. The view overlooks Simpang Lima, making it really comfortable to sit on the sofa while looking at the city view from above. The swimming pool and gym are on the 23rd floor, the view there is even cooler. In the morning, if you want breakfast, you can just walk to the legendary Yu Surip chicken rice/liwet rice in the Simpang Lima area. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the owner was very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back here if we go to Semarang again.

Located at Simpang Lima. You can walk along Simpang Lima in the morning. It's perfect for culinary pursuits. The place is clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped for heating food and making coffee and tea.

I stayed at the apartment for 2 nights, the hotel facilities were very comfortable, but unfortunately a little disappointed with the security guards (security guards) and blue uniforms (not CS) only willing to help visitors who bring cars, I happened to rent a Beat bike when I went home, I was carrying a heavy suitcase without any help at all, not even greeted, unlike when I came by Grab car, they were very agile in helping and friendly. Please all visitors, both those who bring cars and those who don't, serve them equally, they both spend money to liven up your apartment.

When I first wanted to check in, I had confirmed that I would arrive late to the Admin. Upon arriving, I encountered some issues because there was only one staff member on duty during the long weekend, who had to cover several locations. However, the Admin was always responsive and tried to provide the best. I went there with 2 adults and 2 children, and was immediately upgraded to a room with 2 spacious double beds. Thank you for your help and for giving us the best.

The owner is very responsive. I stayed for 3 nights and was given a room for bringing a toddler with a trundle bed, so it was safe without worrying about falling. Checking in early was free of charge. Thank you, kind owner. Always successful in Simpang Lima.

very effective for staying with family

We stayed for 3 nights. The direct view of Simpang 5 and the sky pool and gym on the 23rd floor allowed us to see the Semarang sunset and the ocean in the distance. The room was quite clean with complete amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cool air conditioning, and a full range of toiletries, cooking and eating utensils. It's perfect for a family vacation. The only downside was the sink was clogged, but the owner and staff were quick to respond and fixed it promptly.

It was so much fun staying here, there was lots of entertainment to spoil the eyes.

The location is quite strategic and close to everywhere.

Thank you for interrupting the owner's rest time, Ms. Sofi, because our family arrived there at 2:00 a.m. The staff, from the parking lot to the front desk, were friendly, the facilities were good, and the view directly overlooks Pancasila Square at Simpang Lima. Overall, it was a good stay.

The best for a real staycation

Because I ordered it suddenly, I didn't pay enough attention, it turned out that what I booked was an apartment. I ordered a king bed but it turned out that 2 single beds were put together so it was uncomfortable, the sheets were a bit dirty. The drawers were not cleaned because there was still trash in the drawers. The AC was not cold, the hot water was off. There were no toiletries at all. Hopefully it can be better in the future. Thank you

For that price, it's pretty good. In the middle of the city near places to eat.
