The light bulb is broken, the TV is an Asanzo but the remote control is a Samsung. The old wall is peeling.

The experience was pretty good; the bed was comfortable, the TV worked but was a bit blurry, and although the hotel was old, it was reasonably clean.

I really like it, it's a top priority when staying in Hanoi.

The hotel is located near the center of Hanoi. Convenient to reach bus and station.

Room was exactly like the published picture, maybe I got the room in the picture. Overall was a nice stay, the best part is room was very big. The less good parts are the noise from cars outside (located in main street), and hard to find food around especially at night.

Worst hotel ever. Booked 5 nights but only stayed 1 night. The rest was gone. Disgusted with traveloka. No vendor screening at all. Terrible.

Mình hỏi chỗ quầy lễ tân checkin sớm 1 tiếng được không vì tối 22h30 mình trả phòng rồi. Thì bạn ns sớm thì thu 50k , mình lại bảo tối mình trả sớm chứ không phải trưa mai mới trả sao lại phụ thu ghê vậy, bạn hỏi không qua đêm à thì mình ns không 23h phải lên xe rồi, bạn ok đưa chìa khoá cho mình. Thế nhưng tối check out 1 bạn khác phụ thu 50k, mình mới giải trình như lúc trưa, bạn không chịu vì ca trước dặn như vậy... vấn đề ở đây 50k không là bao nhiêu nhưng cái cách phục vụ của khách sạn sao lằng ằng thế?? Tuy bạn ca trước ở trong phòng nhưng bạn trực không chịu hỏi lại 1 lần nữa! Sao vậy ạ???

The hotel is a bit old, the price is reasonable. Easy to take all kinds of vehicles: Taxi, grab, bus.... Not many restaurants around

The toilet is a bit dirty, but the cheap price is acceptable

The hotel is old, the reception is stiff and always ready to charge extra fees. However, the price is good and close to the center, convenient for travel.
