The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful and well-equipped. What impressed me most was the friendly, enthusiastic reception staff who always assisted guests with a cheerful attitude. (Especially My Linh! 😍) On the day I checked in, the hotel even upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise and made my experience much better. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and well worth the price. Overall, from the service and staff attitude to the room quality, everything was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return if I have the chance. It's definitely worth experiencing!
